I will be sure to let my colleagues know how much of an impact they made on your experience and made your stay pleasant.Regarding the payment issue; the standard procedure is the hotel to make pre-authorization of the requested ammount (as a guarantee for the room) and upon arrival, the amount and credit card type to be confirmed. In your case, the preuthorization was closed at the check in due to the fact that you requested another credit card to be charged.
