Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We always put guest‘s safety first and also follow the COVID-19 control measures of Shandong Province in time. We provide all the information we have to guests during reservations but sometimes there are new policies from some specific government officials which is out of our control, therefore making guests stay even more difficult.
