＊気になったこと R907 ・部屋サービス使用のガイド、マニュアルがない ・水面台の鏡の電気切れ ・テレビの使用方法が分からない、プログラム消去エラーで視聴不可のままでした。 日本用にNHKワールドプレミアムのチャンネル設定を入れてほしい ・デスクのコンセントの接続部分の反応が悪い ・ミネラルウォーターの「質」をあげてほしい。 →最上級だったら、ごめんなさい。

清潔な部屋､おいしい食事､好印象なスタッフのみなさんのおかげで快適な滞在となりました。 気づいた点は次のとおり。 - 公共スペース(エレベーターホール)での喫煙者-スタッフに伝えすぐに対処してもらった。 - 部屋のエアコンの操作性-風力や温度設定の変更が効かずオンとオフしか操作できなかった。 - 朝食の準備-7時開始時点では提供のパンの種類が限定的。8時すぎぐらいにようやくクロワッサンやデニッシュの提供が始まった。
