I arrived late at night. The airport pickup service was on time. Check in was really great,thanks to Mr. Prabhakar. Staff were nice. I had only one disappointment that’s the toiletries amenities for third occupancy as we were three of us, they have not kept that. Other than that everything was good. Thank you

Pillow quality good. Restroom/bathroom is clean. Bedroom is good. Environment is familiar. Good to stay with family. Dining area is good. Food quality is awesome. Room service is good. Hotel staff behaviour is very good easy to understand customer needs. Thanks.

The hotel is nice but the service is so pathetic, they don’t respond first of all, u hve to do hundreds time of call and not all the staff but some staff are so unprofessional. Staff name Himanshi I guess she don’t even know how to talk with the guest she uses the word Tu usko, she doesn’t know how to give respect to other, if possible make her to learn how to give respect first.

Very bad hospitality. We had a lot of luggage and the staff or bellboy did not carry our luggage and we had to transfer our luggage ourselves to the room. The staff was present but was not courteous at all to ask. The reception was not courteous or hospitable to guide us where the lifts are.
