Les villas de ce resort sont exceptionnelles ! Bien entretenues, vaste, beau jardin et piscine. Tout le resort est magnifique avec ces allées boisées et végétalisées. Nous avions une villa vue mer mais un peu un retrait de la plage (donc plus calme car les vagues sont puissantes en cette saison !). Nous avons apprécié les avancées de toit qui permettent d'être dehors même s'il pleut (ce qui est fréquent en décembre). Nous avons eu la chance d'être upgradé pour ce séjour de 3 nuits : meilleure villa, minibar offert, gourmandises et même une bouteille de prosecco nous attendait (Gam on !). Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons passé une soirée mémorable en commandant des grillades à domicile ! Nous tenons à remercier le Captain F&B Pham Tan Phat (qui nous a donné quelques explications sur les fruits de mer dégustés) et le chef cuisinier (discret et efficace) Tran Lam Son. Grâce à eux cette soirée restera gravée dans notre mémoire ! Bref, nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine ;) Seul point à améliorer : le nettoyage de la plage qui semble être moins fréquent hors saison.

Скажу вам так, что это один из лучших отелей в котором я побывала. Все на высшем уровне и обслуживание, персонал, кухня, вилла. Я много не ездила по экскурсиям, но при этом мне понравились все которые я посетила, так как забота о туристах тоже дала о себе знать, так же красивые и ухоженные локации с вкусной и красивой едой 😋. Также хотелось бы подметить насколько в виллах все красиво и тоже ухоженно. Над нашим бассейном стояло дерево с красивыми цветами и когда они падали в воду то это создавало особую атмосферу. Ещё в вилле убираются каждый день, приносят чистые полотенца и халаты. Что касается персонала хотелось бы отметить замечательную девушку Лису, она была с нами очень добра и при любой ситуации пыталась помочь и все уладить, а ещё когда у моей сестры был день рождения то Лиса и другой персонал подготовил для моей сестры сюрприз. Она подарила нам плюшевую игрушку и резинки для волос а также сделала и украсила гостиную, ну а также подарила нам замечательные воспоминания💗! Еда очень вкусная и необычная, а также не однотипная. Суп Фо Бо был просто шикарным я и моя семья оценили его на 10/10 это потрясающе! Пляж просто рай, это как Мальдивы. Ни одного камня и мусора, все чисто и красивый вид на море. Также обязательно присутствует спасатель🫡. Всем рекомендую именно этот отель, так как сдезь не просто как номер, а как целая роскошная и самое главное полностью твоя вилла, имеет большую площадь. Нам все понравилось!

We had a very good stay at the resort. The service was truly great; the staff (especially Ms. Lisa) were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The property is beautiful. We did, however, have a few suggestions that we believe would make the experience even better for future guests: Beach Activities: It would be fantastic if the hotel offered more complimentary beach equipment. Providing items like surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, or kayaks for guests to borrow would greatly enhance the beach experience. Beach Showers: After coming up from the beach, we noticed there is only one outdoor shower, and it was quite difficult to find (tucked away on the left side). Adding another shower, or perhaps better signage to the existing one, would be very helpful. Transportation Coordination: The bellmen who drive the buggies were very helpful with resort transportation. However, we felt a bit pressured on a couple of occasions regarding dinner plans and taxis. We would have preferred to be simply asked if we needed a car arranged, rather than having one ordered and waiting for us without a request. It would be nice if guests could feel completely free to choose their own dinner plans and taxi services without any pressure. These are just minor points in an otherwise wonderful stay. Thank you for your hospitality! We enjoyed our time and may consider returning in the future.

Nous y avons séjourné du 14 au 20/08 (avec 3 enfants de 8 ans, 4 ans et 19 mois). Magnifique séjour. Villa spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine privée de la villa ainsi que la plage de l’hôtel. De plus, mention spéciale pour Lisa qui nous a chouchoutés.
