The bathtub was straight out of a final destination movie. My mother and i slipped multiple times while trying to get out of the shower (almost pulled a leg muscle). And when you step into the tub it literally dents (i figured out that if you stand in the middle and don't move much you will be fine). The shower door was also only hanging by a hinge. The toilet paper was used. The beds were dusty. I lifted my pillow and started sneezing immediately. Had to put a towel over my pillow hoping not to get sick on my vacation. It was also my birthday and there were arrangements made for me to get a surprise decoration in my room. That also went sideways. They ruined the surprise by coming to the room while we were there. The lady told me she was there to decorate for my birthday. So we left to give them a chance to decorate. Came back a few hours later and they were still "decorating" the room, so we had to wait almost 20 mins outside our room for them to finish (we had dinner plans and this made us run late). When i got inside it was a few balloons on the floor, a happy birthday banner that was almost falling from the wall and a printed paper saying happy birthday with my name on it. Lastly the breakfast was very meh. Not too many options. All in all a very average experience. If you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head at night, then no worries. Or else i wouldn't recommend.

Really poor experience. Have two more nights here and only wish the company paying coud move me! Compared to all budget /mid range hotels in the vicinity this has to be the worst. Rooms are not stylé at all and rate very low in comparison to the Ibis budget property I stayed in recently. Breakfast disgusting, little choice and served in a dank, cold annexe of the hotel. No hot water facilty (was told to go to nearby shopping centre if I wanted a hot drink).

Excellent staff, could improve on facilities

I can safely say that I do not plan to book this hotel in the future unless I absolutely have to. The staff was excellent and very professional, no complains there, but the facilities and breakfast options were severely lacking. The doors in the room were not were insulated, allowing a draft in, and combined with an air-conditioning unit that wasn't really heating the room, resulted in sleeping in uncomfortably cold room. The whole place had on top a "tired" air, like facilities that could use a touch up, maybe some paint, maybe a change of carpet. The breakfast was of good quality, but really really poor in choices. When it's included I find it a pleasant start of the day away from home, and this time I can say I was disappointed. For some reason, there were no kind of eggs, and the cold meats were served as individual slices in covered plates. This gave bonus points on cleanliness, but took away an equal amount in terms of enjoyment. None of this would be an issue if other hotels in the area didn't have comparable prices with better offerings, however in this case, I will not be choosing this hotel for future stays in the area.

this hotel is very near to the mall and other restaurants in Velizy. however it appears to be old hotel. Rooms might have slant floors making the room small. Whenever i made small complaints about the room, staff immediately attended.

location is not the most attractive in terms of the available surroundings, but the rooms were clean, the Restaurant and pub was fine.i had to visit customers on the next day, and in terms of proximity, it was great!
