Dear Lee, We would like to sincerely apologize for the situation regarding the room type during your stay. We fully understand how important it is to have the correct accommodations, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. In an effort to make up for the situation, we offered complimentary access to our spa facilities and complimentary drinks, as a gesture of goodwill. We truly hoped these offerings would help to alleviate the situation and enhance your stay, and we are sorry that this was not enough to meet your expectations. We have already sent you the form for the refund of the difference in the room rate to your email, and we kindly ask you to fill it out so we can proceed with the necessary adjustments. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the room you stayed in during your first night is one of the best deluxe on our newly renovated floor. We hope that this, along with the other amenities provided, contributed positively to your overall experience. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or discomfort caused, and we greatly appreciate your feedback. Please rest assured that we are taking your concerns seriously and will do everything possible to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Avoid that terrible and russian speaking place, learn some English please, clean up the rooms, uncomfortable smell in wc

Regarding the deposit, it is a standard hotel procedure, clearly stated in the "Hotel Important Information" section on all booking platforms. It is fully refundable upon check-out, though the processing time may depend on your bank. If you have not received your deposit yet, please contact our reception so we can assist you. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location of our hotel, which made it easy to explore Riga’s Old Town and the surrounding areas. It’s wonderful that you took advantage of the nearby attractions, including the Origo shopping center and the quick train trip to Jurmala. We’re pleased that you appreciated the contemporary design and amenities in your room, such as the ample storage space, complimentary tea and coffee facilities, and the spacious bathroom. At the same time, we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge the delay at check-in and appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that we are addressing this to ensure a smoother experience for all our guests in the future. Regarding breakfast, we are continuously working to improve the dining experience, including expanding our service efficiency and food variety to better meet our guests' expectations. We would also like to clarify that access to our spa area is available for a modest additional fee of just 15 EUR for a 2-hour session, providing a great opportunity to relax and unwind during your stay. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your previous visit. It’s disappointing to learn that the quality of the dining experience has declined significantly. We appreciate your comparison of last year's offerings, such as the coconut soup with salmon and the chocolate fondant, to this year's simpler meals. I understand how disappointing it can be to find the same dessert served again at breakfast and to miss out on the ambiance and thoughtful touches you enjoyed before. Regarding the "SPA" experience, I apologize that it didn’t provide the romantic atmosphere you were expecting. Please note that the hotel's spa has always been a shared facility and requires advance booking during specific operating hours. If you were looking for privacy, you could have paid an additional fee for this service at the front desk during check-in. Alternatively, you could have contacted us in advance, and we would have been happy to provide you with a complimentary welcome treat. I appreciate your comments about the champagne and welcome fruits in the room. It’s clear that your expectations were not met in these areas, and I will ensure your feedback is passed along to the relevant teams for review.
