酒店提供了与我预定的套房完全不同的房间并且没有退还差价。 三次交涉后问题都没有得到解决，并且担当的前台经理态度异常粗鲁和傲慢。 由于目前仍然没有收到房间差价的返还，目前已经向PTAC，拉脱维亚旅游主管部门和ECC-NET申诉和举报酒店欺诈行为。 难以想象雅高旗下的美居品牌居然出现这种问题，以后将不会选择任何雅高品牌酒店。

Dear Lee, We would like to sincerely apologize for the situation regarding the room type during your stay. We fully understand how important it is to have the correct accommodations, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. In an effort to make up for the situation, we offered complimentary access to our spa facilities and complimentary drinks, as a gesture of goodwill. We truly hoped these offerings would help to alleviate the situation and enhance your stay, and we are sorry that this was not enough to meet your expectations. We have already sent you the form for the refund of the difference in the room rate to your email, and we kindly ask you to fill it out so we can proceed with the necessary adjustments. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the room you stayed in during your first night is one of the best deluxe on our newly renovated floor. We hope that this, along with the other amenities provided, contributed positively to your overall experience. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or discomfort caused, and we greatly appreciate your feedback. Please rest assured that we are taking your concerns seriously and will do everything possible to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
