Dear Lee, We would like to sincerely apologize for the situation regarding the room type during your stay. We fully understand how important it is to have the correct accommodations, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. In an effort to make up for the situation, we offered complimentary access to our spa facilities and complimentary drinks, as a gesture of goodwill. We truly hoped these offerings would help to alleviate the situation and enhance your stay, and we are sorry that this was not enough to meet your expectations. We have already sent you the form for the refund of the difference in the room rate to your email, and we kindly ask you to fill it out so we can proceed with the necessary adjustments. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the room you stayed in during your first night is one of the best deluxe on our newly renovated floor. We hope that this, along with the other amenities provided, contributed positively to your overall experience.
