Nice rooms with good breakfast and very good location not much more you can ask. Service was great and upstairs bar has a lovely view. Plan to come again but next time with wife for holiday. They do offer airport pick up service which did work nicely maybe little pricy compared to taxi.

It was a great stay, hotel offers quality service in almost all aspects, there is free water, tea and coffe in the room and the hotel itself is located in the historical center of the city. The rooms are cozy. Very friendly and positive team at the reception. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintance❤

Stayed here with on family vacation in October. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to stretch out. Easy walking distance to all the sites and restaurants in old town. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices to choose from. Would highly recommend when staying in Tbilisi.

Definitely a BIG disappointment.

Definitely a BIG disappointment. Doesn't live up to the Accor brand. We chose this hotel for the location mainly . But sadly our experience turned out to be very disappointing especially where the service was concerned right from the front desk to room service , servers at breakfast and housekeeping. Our room had complementary mini bar with soft drinks but No soft drinks were placed in it for the entire duration of our stay which was for 6 nights. For drinking water too they would place just two small bottles and when we requested them for more they would refuse. The breakfast every day was the same which gave the impression that it was not fresh. They would even refuse to prepare eggs while the sign on the table said so. Today which is a Friday they said that they do not cook eggs! So NO fresh items for Breakfast and nothing for Vegetarians. Absolutely rude staff. Will think twice before staying in an Accor hotel in the future, in spite of being a member.

I was stay 5 nights there with my wife. Pros: * Perfect accessibilities to public transportation, local markets, restaurants, bars and etc. * At first day reception suggest us early check-in which made us satisfied. * Such a 5 stars stake house we had dinner * SKY7 Terrace & Lounge Bar which is suggested to try Cons: * Noisy nights, at first night housekeepers and hotel staff made so much noise actually they busy with cleaning next room at 3 AM !!! when I called reception after 10 minutes the noise some how reduced. Unfortunately this repeated again at 3rd 4rd and last night at middle of the night despite we talked the reception and reception manager during the day and they told us they figure it out and it wouldn't happen again. * I sent an e-mail and ask for a note for my wife which they said they will do but they didn't. Totally the basic point I expect form an stay which was comfortable and silent night didn't fulfilled.
