We stayed at ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson for one night with friends, and it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel features a modern, colorful design that reflects the ibis Styles brand well, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Despite being compact, the space was functional and suitable for a short stay with friends. Wi-Fi was stable, which was great for planning our activities and staying connected. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, especially the swimming pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a day out. While the hotel is slightly away from the city center, getting around Singapore was easy with nearby bus stops and MRT access. There are also food options and convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson is a great value-for-money option for a fun and relaxed trip with friends. Clean rooms, friendly service, and a lively design make it a solid choice for short stays in Singapore.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff Fifie were very friendly and helpful throughout my trip. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

Could be much, much better! Some staff are helpful, others are dismissive. Checked in by Hairi who was very efficient and happy to accommodate my room request. Then it was all downhill. Went to level 4 for breakfast and was overcharged as being a walk in, not the guest rate. Even though I was asked my room number? Finally after my query about a higher charge than quoted by front desk, the charge was corrected. Service charge for a buffet??No service! Breakfast is basic by International standards. No bacon, runny scrambled eggs, undercooked sausages etc. etc. We were quoted $S59 ++ for Christmas lunch and the menu is most unimpressive. Lots of better food 300m away. Room cleaning is every second day. Why? Towels are wet and at 5:45pm our room has still not been cleaned. Noisy teenagers in the pool on weekends are part of regular tour groups accommodated at this hotel. I was informed that individual guests needs are secondary to the tour groups. By a female dressed with a head covering. We will not be returning to this hotel. Ibis generally provided good value for the 300 room nights I book, every year, but this hotel has been a major disappointment to me. Sound carries from room to room and other guest’s conversations can be clearly heard. Not good enough to be an Ibis Styles!

Hotel is easily accessible via bus (there is no nearby MRT station). Hotel is also close to convenience stores and local restaurants Room was clean, comfortable and was surprised by the room size (which is relatively bigger than other Ibis Styles in other countries) Shower room and toilet are separate, Note that shower room, toilet, washing basin are not physically separated from the beds Staff was helpful and overall, no complaints
