Наш номер отдали другим, а нас заселили в номер БЕЗ окон и совмещенным с комнатой сральником. Розетки заряжают еле как. Завтрак закончился в пол 10. Выбор продуктов крайне скудный. Многие блюда пережарили. На замечание, что нет даже кофе, нас послали на хуй. Ебитесь как хотите. В breakfast area НЕТ РОЗЕТОК !!! ВЫ ОХУЕЛИ ?! Ни поработать, ни посидеть с ноутбуком или с телефоном. Пул - говно ! На фото отеля выглядит как нормальный пул. По факту - лягушатник для ребятишек. Ibis - Never again ! Ебитесь сами

Room assignments are managed based on availability at the time of arrival, and some room categories are designed without windows in accordance with building design and safety regulations. Bathrooms integrated within the room layout are part of our standard room design. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends, as stated on-site. Feedback on food variety, preparation, and dining area facilities has been recorded and shared with the relevant teams for review. The swimming pool is designed as a leisure pool, and images aim to provide a general representation of the facility. Feedback regarding expectations versus perception has been noted. Our hotel welcomes guests from all nationalities and backgrounds, and we strive to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment at all times. Should guests require clarification or assistance during their stay, they may dial 0 or approach the Front Office counter, where support is available. Очень маленький лобби, тесно. Но персонал отзывчивый. После того, как у нас затопило номер - оперативно переселили в другой.
