High Expectation, Poor Experience

The room was complicated to have as clean as needed, you need to ask for it, and if you didn't ask, the clean level was not good, I needed to clean by myself a couple of times, not sure the reason, but it was disappointing. For what was paid, the value was not enough.

Amazing experience with my family in this beautiful place! All swimming pools are perfect (even for adults!), the food is amazing and the room is very comfortable. Novotel Itu is a great destiny if you are seeking for a peaceful and fun spot with your family.

Loved the experience!! My family and friends had a great time. Everly staff is nice and prepared to help you. The cleaning crew was outstanding (regards to Rosiane). I highly recommend the experience, especialy if you have small children.
