Lovely Nehir. Thank you. Such a warm and welcoming staff member who delivered us a surprise platter and wine as Accor members. We were fortunate she also took care of us at dinner on the ground floor. A beautiful approach to customer service. You deserve to do well. Liza and Michael.

My tour group mates had torn bedsheet, empty shower gel bottle , late delivery of their bags and TV that don’t work ! The hotel room , especially the bathroom is not well maintained ! This hotel is Not five star ! It needs to be downgraded to 3 ! The service is way below the standard of a five star hotel !

The hotel faces a busy highway and there is constant traffic noise which precludes a decent night’s sleep. Our room and two others in the group were on a non-smoking floor and all had been used recently by smokers. The internet was unavailable until around 23:00 when entering room number and last name it did not work because it required one’s first name. The food was good with a reasonable choice but served in an overcrowded dining area, the coffee machine kept breaking down, the bread knife was broken as was the cereal dispenser. Staff did their best.

What a dreadful experience. As part of a tour we were 'treated' to a fixed menu dinner - beyond awful. Poorly trained staff who were surly at best. Breakfast was chaos, coffee machines and fruit machines not working or empty and toaster not working. Very poor hotel unfortunately I can't give them less than 1.

The hotel above has rooms that are not clean and are also small in size. The hotel staff is untidy and disorganized, and they have the big problem of not being able to speak an international language, and the housekeeping staff does the job of cleaning the room in the worst and most uncommitted manner.
