Overall experience was good. The room was clean and well maintained . The room service was very prompt and helped us in every step. During the breakfast time, the restaurant was over crowded and we were struggling to get seats . The food was average .

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Mercure with my wife and our little daughter. The hospitality truly stood out and made our experience memorable. Special appreciation to Aravind and Mipi from the restaurant for their excellent service and warm attitude. A big thank you as well to the trainee girl at the reception, who was polite, helpful, and eager to assist. A heartfelt mention to Rani from Housekeeping — she did an outstanding job. She always had a genuine smile on her face every time we saw her, was very prompt, attentive, and ensured everything was perfectly taken care of. Her positive attitude really made a difference to our stay. Overall, a great experience with a team that truly understands hospitality. We would definitely recommend Hotel Grand Mercure and look forward to staying again.

Hotel is very nice. My family and me, we enjoyed the services in the hotel. Restaurant food is quite good and staff behaviours also. Every corner is clean and clear. Reception people are so humble.
