Excellent stay with no issues …Supportive staff ..Special mention for Kishan Singh (Sous Chef) who made sure that everything was on par while having a lovely breakfast ..He made sure each table had what they have asked for and was as per their expectations..will like to visit again

In close proximity most tourist places this hotel is a busy popular place. Stayed for a night. Rooms were decent. Staff can be a bit more warm. Breakfast had a decent spread, but can get busy. But all in all a good experience, will definitely recommend.

We stayed here recently and must tell you the service and hospitality is top notch. The room service is quick , cosy room atmosphere, since we had room in higher floor , we had great view . Also I have to mention about the Food , breakfast at La Uppu, it was a wide spread buffet breakfast with everything , you name it and you find it . And dinner by the blue is worth remembering, dining by the pool area with cool breeze and watching cricket match was a cosy summer evening to cherish. Grand Mercure blend and infuse local culture , food and tradition, so you will definitely feel the vibes of the city you are staying in..They have kids play area , recreational Indoor games , spa , gym , swimming etc. you will be definitely pampered. Worth the value . Looking forward to visit whenever I am at Mysore
