Vivek is an amazing person who made my stay much better. He arranged a sandwich for me even after lunchtime was over - Vivek = BOSS. If you need anything, ask for Vivek. The cleaning staff was very friendly and always smiling, which created a great vibe. The food was very good with a wide variety of options. Overall, a great experience (I was prepare for much worse) and I would definitely recommend this hotel (especially if the company is paying). It can be very loud at night, and while the cleanliness was okay for India, it’s not at a European level.

Good stay, excellent F&B, Azure buffet and dinner, awesome, helpful people. Sarfraz was a very friendly and helpful man. Vivek was a funny, helpful waiter from an excellent restaurant.

The food was very delicious and had a great time with my general secretary and coach

Stay was good and wonderful stay with hotel Grand Mercure check out was very smooth. Special thanks to Anjali and Poorvi . They was extremely helpful and welcoming . I will definitely visit soon. Excellent hospital good service . Anjali helped me for early check in and make our overall stay comfortable.
