I didn't actually visit here. I rang the Ibis to book, which took a while to get through. Once I did, the operator was quite nice However, there were no family rooms, so you can't book if you're a family unless you book two separate rooms. There are no interconnected rooms either to my understanding which was a little sad as would be perfect as we had an early flight that day an had to get to Melbourne an then after Melbourne catch another plane to destination so it would of shortened our day. However we had to travel from small town 2hr away early morn to make. Our flight. Hopefully oneday they can change this even if there is jist a few rooms. To accommodate family.

I stay here for business. The beds are horrible to sleep on compared to other hotels. Air conditioners always make me sick and you can’t open a window. Then there’s the restaurant. It’s overpriced and of poor quality. The service staff have no idea what’s going on either. I strongly recommend people stay elsewhere till these guys start catching on being greedy and indifferent is ruining the joint.

Okayish rooms, terrible service, terrible food.

Bed is comfy, glasses in the room were filthy. Turbarlence, the restaurant downstairs has very slow service, terrible and overpriced food. Paid for a $28 chicken parmigiana, what a terrible turnout on the plate. I've gotten more substantial servings from a pub $15 lunch special. I gave it another chance after an awful pizza the night before. This has cemented my opinion and I will not be dining or staying here ever again.

So incredibly rude. We walked in and said Hi he said Name I told him he then said Name again hence I said it louder. He said credit card I said here you are and got nothing back no response. He said room 999 and my husband said where do we park can we go in and out he said yes. That's the conversation. I very quietly pop my head over and asked if he was always rude? He said no and off we went. We paymkney kn the Accor club for the last 20 years. Seems yoy getctreated poor everywhere qith accor.

Been coming for years as it’s at the airport. Now Cheap for a reason. Cleanliness - poor at best, glass ring marks and even hair on bedsides, greasy food marks on bench, dirty hand marks on walls. Carpet stains next to bed. The jug had water in it for lord knows how long as it had floaters in it. Dust on all areas that don’t get touched, bathroom wall light fittings, towel rails, showers getting mouldy. Maintenance - Mattress so worn you are on the base, ended up sleeping on the floor. Directional bedside lights not working. Bench seat next to table missing the cushion. Food - Seriously for a $25 schnitzel, you would expect not to get a highly process lump of so called chicken that I think there was more oil running out than meat. Complained at the bar and all I got was a smile and sorry sir, chips was good but you get more at Maccas small fries!! This was a nice place, but slipping away, locals used to come to eat at times here but is now they don’t for a reason and when I speak to locals (have an office here) they laugh at me when I say I eat there.
