Ok, stay..but not perfect..rude and unwelcome night manager!!

I was warmly welcomed by a very friendly gentleman and lady upon arrival, which created a positive first impression. However, I was disappointed that my Accor Gold status was not acknowledged, even though I presented my membership card at check-in. The room itself had a few issues. The TV was not functioning, and there was no remote to be found. It took some time for the issue to be resolved. Additionally, several lights in the room were not working, which also required attention from the maintenance team. The view was looking down on a dirty roof top with what seemed to be broken air-conditioned Room service was used on the first day of my stay, but the dishes were not cleared and remained in the room until checkout three days later, which was unexpected. The cleaners of the room were not very well done. You can clearly see that it is a 10 minute quick job and not a proper cleaning system in place. On a more positive note, the food & and beverage and bar experienceweres excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the chef kindly prepared a healthy egg white omelette on request. It was also a nice touch that the chef came out to personally check on guests during breakfast. However, I did encounter an issue on the last night of my stay. I was charged a reduced fee for having a guest, which I accepted, but the interaction with the night shift staff was disappointing. They were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, as though I had done something wrong. My guest was also left feeling embarrassed by the situation and the way it was handled. In this day and age, a more respectful and understanding approach is needed. While the stay overall was acceptable, I believe the staff could benefit from further training in customer service and communication to ensure all guests feel welcomed and respected.

Concerning your guest, the original reservation was for one person only. For security and brand policy reasons, guests or companions must be registered in advance; they are not allowed to go directly to the room or elevators without registration. If an additional guest is requested, there is an extra charge. This policy ensures safety and compliance with our service standards. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the dining experience and the chef’s attention during breakfast. Your observations regarding housekeeping, maintenance, and the night shift will be reviewed internally to continue improving our services and staff training. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, providing an even more positive experience in line with our standards.

Great hotel in the city.. rooms were large.. i had a suite with a separate sleeping area.. the views from my room were 😍

My room was great, view was beautiful, English is not widely spoken in the hotel however service was pretty decent.. hotel was smack downtown ish .. walking distance to many places to eat, tattoo shops, nice nightlife and all around.. 3-4 star hotel

Once again at Panama city due to businesses. The hotel was great. Very well connected ... five-minute drive from the Metro, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. Approximately 3 km from the Old Town and Metropolitan Park. Based on that, I decided to take a food tour with miviajeapanama travel agency (+507 63242898), which was highly recommended by a colleague of mine. I've to say it was a delicious experience full of surprises that allow you to discover the culinary diversity of this nice city. I tasted iconic dishes such as ceviche, empanadas, sancocho, arroz con pollo, and the famous patacones, fresh tropical fruits and traditional sweets. Definitely, I fully recommend it if you want to feel the original Panamenian live.

This was an affordable place. The check-in was quick, we arrived before checking-in and were welcomed with no wait for our room. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms shampoo and body wash were mostly made of natural ingredients. The morning breakfast was a nice surprise with plenty to choose from and an omelette station. The hotel has many restaurants near for lunch or dinner. Most travel from the hotel is $2-5 by Uber.

The hôtel is a bit old,bot unité, with free parking and really good value for money . then I can only recommend it. it is not too close to vasco vieio but taxi are cheap .
