タイトルにもある通り、コップとタオルが交換されていない日がありました。 またシャワーから出るお湯からの硫黄のような匂いが気になりました。(お湯を出し続けていると消える) ただ全体的にはメンテナンスが行き届いており過ごしやすかったので また機会がありましたら宿泊させて頂きたいです。

・部屋などはきれいで、基本的には快適なHOTELでした。ランドリーサービスも嬉しい。 ・食事はおいしいですが、長期滞在でしたので、メニューに変化や選択肢が少なく、飽きました。 ・要望:部屋用のスリッパは欲しい。ティッシュBOXも必要。 ・TV番組に日本のNHKなどあると嬉しいのですが・・・。 ・洗面台にタオルハンガーが欲しい。

部屋のそうじがよくない。 ランドリースリップの補充がいつもされていない。 タオルの枚数が1枚だったり2枚だったりしていた。 そうじしたタオルが置きっぱなし。

ホテルは清潔、綺麗でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食も十分な品ぞろえでとてもよかったです。 少し残念だったのは、ティッシュペーパーがなかったのと、机が狭く仕事には不便を感じました。

年に数回宿泊させて頂いています。 今年の春ごろ出張の際は 貴ホテルの配慮で日本のテレびが視聴できるアダプターを臨時にセットして頂きました。 (以前提出したアンケートで貴ホテルが対応して頂いた事に驚きました) 今月出張した際は 残念ながら同様のサービスはありませんでした。 特別にアダプターをセットする必要はないでしょう!が せめてNHKだけでも映るようにはできないでしょうか? 日本人宿泊者も多いと思いましたよ!! 最後に あの地域では最高のホテルだと思っています。 あのサービスを維持して頂きた。

部屋はきれいで、レストランの食事も問題ありませんでした。 ただし、タオルが、当然、洗濯して何度も使用するものではありますが、黒ずんでいるのが気になりました。

全体的には大きな問題はなかったが、フライトの関係上、CHECK INが深夜でその日は夕食がとれなかった。私は、その翌日も宿泊したが、同僚が翌日CHECK OUTし、その夜深夜CHENNAI空港を出発する便でインドを離れる予定だった。フライトまでかなり時間があったので、ホテルのレストランで食事をした。その朝CHECK OUTしているので、レストランの料金を支払うこととなった。このようなケースの場合、1度ならレストランの料金は無料にしてほしい。

出張で数回宿泊しましたが、ほぼ満足しています。 私が感じる改善点は、 ・ルーム内にBOXティッシュの設置 ・レストランの食事の内容 日本、韓国、EU系の出張者の利用客が多いと思いますが、一品でもいいので各々の国のおかず等 置いたら如何でしょうか?当然ロスが大きいのは理解しています。 例えば、日本食でいえば、即席みそ汁、納豆(日持ちするしロスがない) ・ガーリックナンをほぼ毎日オーダーするが、出てくるのが非常に遅い。15分以上の待ち
