Dear Chi Hao C, Greetings of the day!!! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay at our hotel. It is unfortunate that you had to check out early due to an emergency, and I recall our discussion during your departure. We understand that being asked to pay for the full duration of your stay when you needed to leave early would have been frustrating. Our policy requires guests to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of an early departure to avoid additional charges. This policy helps us manage our bookings and ensure room availability for our guests. However, we recognize that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and we should have handled the situation with more empathy and flexibility. Additionally, I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the food and the service attitude of our front desk supervisor. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and I assure you that we are taking steps to address these issues. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you in the future.
