We sincerely value your loyalty and your honest feedback, which helps us improve our services. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay. Regarding the room, we appreciate your comment about its simplicity and will take this into account for future upgrades. We apologize for the inconsistent internet connection and the issue with the shower temperature. These concerns are not reflective of the standards we aim to provide, and we will ensure our maintenance team addresses them promptly. We regret any inconvenience caused by noise from neighboring rooms and confusion with transportation to our location.
