Check in is terrible. Key card expires every day. Internet not stabil Some parts and finishing are not well done! You have to pay everything directly - no room charge possible.

Just terrible, As a diamond member, no benefits, even if you have an online check in you have to check in again. If you ask for anything- no action. They are more busy playing on the phone. Specially the lady on the front desk. If you want to check in you get the feeling of disturbing her on the mobile game. I have been to most of Accor hotels in KSA - in general you will not find great service. For short term stay in Riyadh it is survivable.

Vor dem Zimmerfenster waren direkt alle Lüfter der Klimaanlagen, so laut, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Die Dusche empfand ich als heruntergekommen. Zimmerwechsel wurde aber ermöglicht, weg von den Lüftern; wobei das Bad da genauso war.

メインストリートから、1ブロック内側に入ったホテルですが、設備は別にして、宿泊だけなら十分なホテルです。朝食ブッフェも可もなく不可もなくです。ロケーションだけで選ぶなら、十分なホテルです。
