I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a good experience. The swimming pool was beautifully maintained, the outdoor bath was absolutely amazing. Relaxing in the open air was the perfect way to unwind, especially on a warm day. The atmosphere was peaceful, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

As loyal ACCOR members for over 20 years, we were appalled at the condition of this huge property not only rooms but also the exterior upkeep. Not knowing our way around Echuca we booked into MERCURE because of m'ship as one does. The Restaurant appealed to us on site as our age we find it convenient but shock horror, no dinner at night & b'fast 2hrs but interior of property is not inviting at all. No King Beds available for upgrade, cobwebs on exterior windows, squeaking shower door (but maintenance came & fixed) which was a housekeeping neglect to report, bathroom door squeaking, shower base creaking, upstairs guests bounce & thump about and lots of room for improvement believe me. Unfortunately the property is not only owned by MERCURE (Accor) and that's a worry for a start, only the building is allegedly owned by ACCOR. Having been in hospitality for a few years at a 5 star Hotel, sadly ACCOR are starting to let their members down I have noticed especially with different places where the Restaurant is not being used but advertised as open or you find out on arrival. I believe the Management need to start to step up and not only take on this business but to fix things for the paying loyal guests who pay their m'ship annually just to be an ACCOR member. Very ordinary, very noisy! Nothing special! Our room wasn’t ready & put us in another room, there is no restaurant as advertised. I would rather go further down the road pay less and have a better sleep. They also need to clean their windows. It wasn’t a great place to stay

I find this a comfortable hotel which obviously is in need of a spruce up but it suits me. Helen a fixture on front desk very professional. Charge back dinner at local pub for amazing steaks and Parma’s. The only issue is breakfast. Not up to standard.

Very old furnished, very old tv that only works as a radio with no image. bedsides and lamps are screwed in place. Toilet is very old, toilet seat is stained even flush toilets are melted down. The place needs a face lift though location is great. Breakfast is only available Tues, Wed & Thurs.
