Room was perfectly adequate, nothing special, but comfortable. Location is great, easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately our room was next to McDonald’s and we could hear the drive through speaker at night. Would recommend requesting the other side of the hotel!

Being 70 and in a wheelchair I now have to have access rooms, my friends were here so we stayed as well. The room was your usual standard room with a queen and a single bed, however my one gripe was the queen bed on wheels we couldn’t find how to lock it and it moved making transfers a bit dodgy and on my last day I slipped to the floor. Being too proud I/We tried everything to get back up but in the end the wife went to the front desk and explained and the lady organised 3 people who arrived in 5 minutes who picked me up and solved my dilemma. 2 of the people were women and as every disabled person knows you have to put your modesty aside. Feeling very crest fallen my super heroes disappeared as quick as they had appeared and all I can say is terrific service and help for what can be an event that occurs more as you age or level of divisibility. Once more thank you. Also the motel is in a good spot being a short distance to cafes and the Port. We found it reasonably quiet and would have no problem staying here again. One disappointment was there is a restaurant but it wasn’t open but not really a problem as there are many options both in Echuca and Moama

We stayed one night in a king room. Ample parking onsite. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to park with a trailer onsite. Walking distance to a variety of cafes and restaurants. McDonalds is literally next door. A few pubs around and the Beechworth Bakery is on the same street. Super comfortable bed! Best sleep I’d had in a week of travelling. The upstairs rooms are accessible by stairs so if you have limited mobility it may be worth calling ahead.

Mercure Port of Echuca is well located near restaurants and cafes, and an interesting short 10 minute walk to the Port. Rooms are large and well appointed. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our visit but there are many hotel bistros, cafes and restaurants nearby to suit most tastes. Breakfast offered reasonable choices and was well priced, especially if you are an ALL member.

Nice complex within walking distance to the shops. Lovely reception and changed our room to a ground floor room. This place has two storey accomodation so if you are like us and don’t want to lug the household up 2 flights of stairs, make sure you request a ground floor room in the notes when booking. Large room, comfortable large bed with nice pillows. Air conditioning got a thrashing as it was very cold. Huge bathroom and excellent shower, TV with most Chanels. Basic coffee and tea making. Sofa and dining table. Parking is haphazard, find a spot near your room. If you leave, no guarantees it will not be taken on your return. Room was very clean. Thanks for the lovely stay. Echuca is a beautiful town on the Murray. Make sure you check out the old port and paddle steamers
