The calming atmosphere of this hotel is outstanding. It is very refreshing and soul-cleansing to walk through the rice fields and the beautiful pool area. At night it’s just silent. The service is top notch. The staff is very friendly and the service awesome. I forgot my jacket in the hotel and they sent it to the airport for me!

I had a great stay at Pullman Luang Prabang. The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. ​The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast because there were many choices of food. Even though the hotel is a bit far from the town center, they have a free shuttle bus every 30 mins, so it was not a problem. ​All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will come back again!

Good but not for elderly

Very good place. But away from the town, not walking distance away... so need to have a vehicle at your disposal. Good smiling helpfull staff. Large campus with some Rooms quite far from the main area... So elderly people need to completely rely on their electric Cart golf cart to move between breakfast place, main lobby and rooms. Very very Dim lighting in the bathroom area.... Need more lights in the bathroom and the room entrance and room closet. No light so Can't read anything on the room closet locker, had to use mobile phone light to use the locker.... Poor planning of room lighting. Not practical. Lots of steps some up some down.. with slippery tiles to climb to the room. Upon request also they did not give room nearby nor did they give room on the ground floor. So not the place for elderly and senior citizens. No food options for vegetarian in breakfast except salad and fruits and one item of boiled herb potato.

Exceptional service provided by hotel staffs during my stay is the highlight for me and my brother's visit to Luang Prabang. Many thanks to Mina, Toto, and Kamchan in making our stay superb with their hospitality. The staffs gave us detailed information regarding the hotel facilities as well as providing us good recommendation for places to visit in Luang Prabang Area. Hotel free shuttle bus to city center was really helpful as well. We had a further delay for our evening flight, and they gave us complimentary late check out until 6PM on our departure date so that we could prepare better for our next trip to Vietnam. Our upgraded room was very huge and cozy, in which we were also grateful for. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quite accommodation that is not too far from the city center.
