Excellent stay and superb dinings. If you would like to have a peaceful and cozy stay, i recommend this hotel, you will absolutely love it!. Services are very nice, very accomodating staff, kitchen staff were so kind, and will serve you well. Rooms are definitely fine with a good ambiance, view of the sunset is a plus! a worth it staycation!!..I will definitely come back here for more experience...

We have traveled to many vacation spots, but by far the staff at this hotel are very friendly. The service at Mina & Khamchan, who welcomed us in the hotel lobby, is the best. We were able to enjoy the trip comfortably thanks to Khamchan. If we ever come to Luang Prabang again, we will definitely stop by here. It was the best experience in Laos. The service of this hotel is all great in general, but the treasure of this place is the friendly staff. Pullman Luang Prabang was a fantastic experience: peaceful, tranquil and luxurious. Every member of staff was dedicated to making our stay wonderful, the grounds were tranquil and there were lots of lovely locations to relax in, including 2 large pools. The outstanding service provided by David and the hotel staff is what made our holiday so memorable. David looked after us every day, including his days off! From arranging day tours to bringing lunch to us by the pool, all our needs were more than met. We we also given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. All room balconies face the lovely rice fields, so there's no fear of missing out, wherever you stay. The hourly shuttle to town centre was very convenient, so there was no need to worry about the hotel being located a bit further than expected. We were even dropped directly at our restaurant! The hotel rabbits, cats and buffalo were a delightful addition to the lovely environment. I'm certain that anyone who stays here will be impressed and leave with fond memories of swaying rice fields, warm local smiles and a feeling of wanting to come back.

Great resort and location just outside the busy downtown area. Great place for a quiet retreat with easy hotel supplied shuttle bus into town hourly. Beautiful clean rooms and a large pool area. Guest services manager David went out of his way to assist my wife when she was not well, finding us an excellent local clinic and doctor and taking the time to personally escort us to and from the facility. Would definitely recommend and stay again
