Rooms are small, but clean, the air conditioning eventually gets the room comfortable for sleeping, my bed was comfortable, and the people who work there are very nice. The hot water was also available when I needed it. On the minus side, the breakfasts are horrible from my Western perspective. The only bread is white sandwich bread – no other bread, rolls, or pastry. There is no cereal and no milk, even for coffee. The coffee comes out of an urn very slowly and sputters all over the place. it also tastes pretty bad. There is a very long line for an overcooked omelette, and no other eggs were available of any form. It can take a while for them to reload utensils into the trays for people to use. The yogurt tastes OK but the only fruit to go with It was melon. The stir-fry noodles were gluey and didn’t taste very good. Although the hotel advertises that it serves cocktails and wine and even has a token bar, they don’t serve any alcohol.

Being an Accor plus platinum member, I m so sad to finally rank a hotel as one of the worse Accor hotel in Asia Pacific. The pool is a very decent size pool with nice greens around and even have a children water features but WHY close the pool at 7 pm.when the sky is not even dark? WHAT A PITY for not taking advantage of one of the few Ibis offering swimming pool. Should allow swimmers to stay till 9pm of not 10 pm VERY BAD DECISION OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT Pool couch is solid but stained black!!! Wont complain abt pool towels so used that it was almost white from so many washes as it used to be dark blue as long as its clean We were given an upgrade to suite room but the aircon doesn't work and glass window is so dirty and filty we cannot event see outside. All the suite room faces the street and the afternoon sun comes it strong. Aircon doesnt work and we were ask to change room. Finally We ask for a downgrade to have a room with pool view and clear glass window Soooo sad ASEP checked us in and he is nice and friendly but I have a feeling the senior management is doing little to make the place cheerful Owners should at least find some budget to paint the dark brown Furniture to pine or white color. I feel like back in the 60s and 70s where Malaysia is still very poor Our short escape to have a relaxing holiday is totally spoilt

Good customer service and great location. Was very disgusted by the carpark as was told only staff can park at semi sheltered area while paying customer have to park anywhere but those good spots As an Accor member I am launching a complaint on this. The worst ibis ever stayed on this. Would not return.
