朝食時の団体客と遭遇して一気にパンがなくなるという事態になりましたが、すぐに補充はされなかったので違うものを食べました。他は概ね満足です。

I made an error in my room reservation. On arrival at Ibis Melake, I found that there was no reservation under my name. Faiz at the front desk was kind and helpful. He went through great length to get me a room, hotel was fully book on that day. This is what I call great customer service! I enjoyed very much my stay at Ibis Melaka. Great location, room was very clean and comfortable. I reckon that this is best value for money hotel in Melaka .

This hotel is located in Little India, but it is a 3 min walk to the clock tower. It's location is excellent for tourist. It is clean with a small pool and gym next to its ground floor open air carpark. Parking is complimentary. There is also a late night open air hawker center a 2 min walk in the opposite direction to the tourist center. We enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary cold water dispenser in the lobby. Excellent for quenching thirst after a hot, sticky walk.

1. very bad smell from lobby entrance all the way to the room; 2. Dirty toilet and smell urine; 3. Fridge was dirty & dusty; 4. the bed is not comfortable, worn out or to soft and make creaking sound during laying down on it;

4人部屋を予約しました。アメニティは3名分しかありませんでした。そして、エキストラベッドもなかったので、フロントの女性に2度も頼みました。待てど暮らせど、誰も来てくれませんでした。疲れて寝たかったので、客室係に足りない分のアメニティを持ってきてもらった時に、エキストラベッドを作ってくれるように頼みました。彼は快く引き受けてくれました。彼の対応がなければ、マラッカは最悪な印象しか残らなかった。
