子供と２人で２泊．設備に問題なく快適に宿泊 スタダイズから徒歩１５分くらい，経路の半分くらいはコロニアル様式建築のひさしの下を歩けるので日差しも問題ない．マラッカ川対岸もアクセス良好

宿泊料を顧客に請求して、その代金を各従業員の対価として支払う限り、各宿泊者が心地よいと心の底から感じる接客業を提供する意識がない限り、二度と同じ宿泊先に泊まる事はないです。改めて、部屋掃除（特に床）を全くしない事に驚きました。いずれにしても、どの職種苦に通じる事ですが、顧客満足度を高める業務の基本が全く出来ておりません。

朝食時の団体客と遭遇して一気にパンがなくなるという事態になりましたが、すぐに補充はされなかったので違うものを食べました。他は概ね満足です。

４人部屋を予約しました。アメニティは３名分しかありませんでした。そして、エキストラベッドもなかったので、フロントの女性に２度も頼みました。待てど暮らせど、誰も来てくれませんでした。疲れて寝たかったので、客室係に足りない分のアメニティを持ってきてもらった時に、エキストラベッドを作ってくれるように頼みました。彼は快く引き受けてくれました。彼の対応がなければ、マラッカは最悪な印象しか残らなかった。
