I stayed here long-term for a business trip. First of all, the hotel itself is excellent—the room layout, facilities, and overall environment are very good. The housekeeping & other staff are kind and friendly. The restaurant staff manage the food well and consistently take good care of the guests every day without exception. The manager, Ko Kaung Myat, is always proactive and attentive, whether in the lobby or anywhere visible, and responds very well to guests’ needs. The next time I go to Naypyidaw, I will choose this hotel above all else because of the staff.

Our stay at MGallery Nay Pyi Taw was exceptional in every way, marked by warm hospitality and impeccable service. The Front Office Manager, Kaung Myat went above and beyond to curate every detail to our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Thanks to his professionalism and thoughtful attention, this hotel has become one of our most memorable experiences. I hope to visit once more eventhough this was a business trip

The fantastic and friendly staff provided me with a welcome to the elegant , efficient and comfortable MGallery Hotel. It is great that it is now open. Fantastic breakfast buffet for all tastes, and the cocktails at the bar are well made and delicious. Highly recommended for relaxing in Nay Pyi Taw when doing business there.

It was very nice to stay there! The room was nice and comfy, and the people there were super kind. The place looked so pretty and everything felt peaceful. We had a really good time and would love to stay there again!
