The rooms and services are consistently excellent, providing a comfortable and seamless stay each time. Designed with a beautiful Burmese touch, the hotel’s charm is further enhanced by the warm and welcoming smiles of the staff. In particular, Front Office Manager Ko Kaung Myat stands out with his exceptional hospitality—always attentive, professional, and ready to assist from the moment of booking until checkout. His dedication truly elevates the guest experience. Without a doubt, MGallery is my top choice in Nay Pyi Taw, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

I have been a regular guest at this hotel, staying here every month during my visits to Nay Pyi Taw. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and luxury, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, always ensuring a pleasant stay. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Kaung Myat, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding service and attentiveness. His genuine care for guests is truly commendable. I am especially grateful for his diligence in checking on my well-being and for promptly recovering and returning my lost bag during my previous stay. This level of service left a lasting impression on me. Overall, this hotel consistently delivers an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nay Pyi Taw.

The best experience in Nay Pyi Taw. Enjoy the dinner and the food are delicious. Regarding service, experienced well trained, nice staffs and nothing more to expect. The suite is one to experience with great price. Will be there again in the future.

I feel like it’s my second home, Kaung the manger and his team are like family and taking care of me and I got all I need .the room was clean and breakfast was good and quality is excellent I have only good things to share and I’m happy to come back and to relax

Abbiamo visitato questo hotel in un viaggio con la famiglia nel lglio 2020. Siamo stati accolti e trattati in maniera impeccabile. Prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli, per delle stanze spettacolari. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Massima sicurezza, controllo febbre, igienizzazione stanze e tutto il personale con mascherina. Abbiamo utilizzato varie volte la splendida piscina. Il servizio SPA e' ripreso. Da provare
