Air conditioning does not work. We tried 5 different rooms and had a terrible night sleep. The “compensation” offered was 4 drinks from the mini bar. We declined as it’s an insult. Generally tired. Decor is old fashioned. Breakfast is OK. At the low end of acceptable. There is also some inappropriate artwork of naked children. This is not acceptable.

This a very comfortable hotel in a prime location right next to the museum complex at Palazzo Pilotta. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station. This is a great choice for exploring Parma.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a perfect location, just by the Palazzo della Pilotta and not far from the station and cathedral. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Room was well sized and very comfortable, quiet, well appointed, nice bathroom. Would recommend, and we look forward to our next stay.

Great location, very walkable from the train station. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Staff was so-so, they weren't as friendly here as other places we had stayed in Italy. Breakfast staff was very helpful though. The room was ok, small and functional. the bed was odd and low to the ground, but it was very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

Nice rooms however wifi was rubbish, would not work kept logging me out and when logged on didn’t work. Reception staff unfriendly, ignored us. Not usual Italy! Breakfast staff seemed nice I wouldn’t stay here again. Bathroom tiny and water literally dripped out of nossle. Please train your staff to have some social skills and learn how to be a little more welcoming.
