After such a bad traffic, with the help from Ms. Mazaya as the receptionist, our check in process was very quick and smooth, a great service so we can rest directly! order a room service from Damar restaurant for our daughter, also a great decision! and they also had a great selection of breakfast! thank you for the great experience Pullman Ciawi!

Nice place to stay with family, having a great time here, easy access from highway 😊 The receptionist was really helpful, her name is Dita and Ferlin, we also get a free upgrade to the access pool which is really nice for us to enjoy😊 The best place to getaway from the hectic jakarta😊

The wall climbing section is FUN! The chaperones (Adi & Usup) were incredebly charming and friendly. It gives us safe feeling as everything was properly maintained. My kids absolutely love the experience and would love to do more during our stay…Thanks Adi & Usup!

It’s always a good experience for our family to stay here because there’s a lot of kids activities that suit children of any age, staff are nice like Ms Amalia, and food are super delicious, we got early check in room upgrade and a beaufitul memories
