The stay was amazing. All the staffs were friendly. In room dining taste were perfect! Dining buffet: All the desserts were perfect. Improvement suggestion - it is better to remove the sushi as they were not fresh and ruin the dining experience.

Really nice and beautiful place, friendly staff and kids friendly. This place is unique combination between modern and nature. The most favorite thing when stay in Vimalla are the kids playground and pool. Haikal the pool attendant was very helpful Very recommended to syat here! We will back for sure

I'm really happy to be back here.. there are lots of new activities like Art Play, mini golf, archery, paint ball, etc.. Try to play in the Art Play Studio and join in their bearbricks and clock painting.. Feeling soooooo ecstatic satisfied.. You don't have to be able to paint, if you just want to have fun, let's have fun.. you're guaranteed to be happy there.. Special thanks to Kak Desta, she's very patient in explaining everything, answered all our questions, and even she waited patiently when you unsure about choosing a color 😊 It would be an unforgettable moment with your family/partner. Will definitely come back to Pullman Vimala Hills again. Ps. Try their Mad Cow restaurant. One of the best steak I've ever tried.

Staying in this hotel for celebrating my Son's birthday. Great service oriented from front office department and Gro team. Especially from Mr. Josua Siregar who recognize me and gave the great hospitality. Many thanks. Mr. Gilang from Damar Restaurant gave great service during our breakfast time. Really love all kids activity provided by the hotel. There are lots of options (swimming, kids club, feeding animals, sand park, playground, etc). We also have fun experience during face paintings with Mba Risa. Thanks so much, Pullman Puncak!
