We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas that require immediate attention and improvement. First of all, we truly regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially considering the length of your stay and the trust you placed in us by choosing Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa. While we are pleased to hear that you found our staff generally friendly and the building attractive, we fully acknowledge that this alone is not sufficient to represent a five-star experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disturbances you experienced. Noise during breakfast service, late-night corridor vacuuming, and construction noise above your room are certainly not aligned with our service standards. We deeply regret that these issues were neither proactively communicated nor properly handled at the time. Your comments regarding the response you received from our reception team are especially concerning, and this has been addressed internally for further coaching and service improvement. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding sound insulation and outdated facilities, particularly around the pool area. Your comments have been shared with our management and engineering teams as part of our ongoing evaluation and long-term improvement plans, including refurbishment considerations. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the overall value and comfort of your stay. While we may not be able to change your past experience, please be assured that your feedback is taken seriously and will be used as a basis for corrective actions, both operationally and structurally.
