Very good experience in the heart of Riyadh. Very nice location. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and in very good condition. Breakfast was amazing. My room number was 414. They have the fluffiest pillows ever !!! I always prefer staying in accor group

Special thanks to the restaurant team , especially Nurul, that took extra care of us. The Hotel and restaurant are super clean the staff pays attention to our requests and needs. Convenient location on Olaya Road to explore the city of Riyadh.

Very nice location and hotel. Rooms are spacious and the service is good The staff is amazing from reception to the breakfast team especially Nuru. Welcoming, kind and very efficient I just wish the gym would allow women as well as that was the only thing missing but I’m sure the hotel is working on it.

Great experience! Could use some small changes but overall would highly recommend! I had a comfortable stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Novotel Olaya Street. The service is great! The room I stayed in was massive and the bed and pillows were exquisite! Their included breakfast has a great variety! The staff are all very helpful! The cleaners do a great job! Sam and Surdhway were very friendly and always left the room spotless I think the sizes of rooms very quite a bit which for us as a group was a bit strange as my room was massive and some of my colleagues' rooms were quite smaller. The cost of the dry cleaning was really expensive which left us as a massive crew having to wash our own clothes which wasn't great but there is a laundromat down the street that is way more affordable and not far. The Sauna/Spa centre could use a bit of attention when it comes to service and having the pool a tad warmer. Its a bit of a nuisance to have to go ask them to turn on the Sauna and wait. Overall I would still highly recommend the hotel. Its close to some cute local Take outs and close to the train station and it's on a main street so if you walk up the street you find some great malls and restaurants!

Been staying in the Novotel suites in Riyadh for a few months now. Wanted to say a big thank you to Samyog & Surdhwaj for looking after my room through out my stay. Great guys, super friendly and they both do an incredible job. Can't thank them enough!
