The room upstairs was a bit dark so I requested for a change to downstairs which is more brighter and much better room as it leads to the car park outside. The front desk gentleman was very kind and helped me with tv technicalities. The buffet was simple and not overpowering. I would greatly suggest a night stay and so close to Charlestown Square.

I'm being a bit harsh by only giving this hotel a 3, but I can't go to a 4. Main reason is that the hotel does look a bit old from the outside and has almost a motel type look. I picked this hotel purely for location as it was right where I needed to be for work. Apart from the look of the place, everything else would have got a 4. The room I had was perfectly fine. There's a great breakfast with cold buffet and freshly cooked eggs to order with other hot food. You can get real coffees made from the bar area, not just the pre made help yourself stuff. The pool area is really nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel too called Madison and the food was really good. I was really impressed with quality. The hotel just needs a more modern exterior look to be really impressive.

Extremely disappointed, mould everywhere, chunks of mould falling onto sink, smelt like urine. The pool was dirty and not filled properly, we were made to feel we had inconvenienced staff after asking to sit inside at breakfast!

Very helpful staff. Nothing was ever a problem. The food was unbelievable. Best chicken Caesar salad I’ve ever had

Great motel. Great staff. Fantastic food. What more is there? Quiet location. I am a gourmet cook and couldn’t believe the quality of the food. Even room service. Best Chicken Caesar salad I ever had. Love it here.

This is our 2nd stay at the Mecure Charlestown., in recent months. Being an Accor Plus member we got 50% off meals. We enjoyed buffet breakfast, cost $34each but with discount $17ea. Food was excellent. Rooms were clean, plenty of parking.& quiet. Staff very pleasant. A great place to stay, especially if have medical appointments at Charlestown. Suggest rooms at the back as quieter.
