È la seconda volta presso il vostro hotel. Quest’ultima esperienza mi ha lasciato un po’ perplessa per la posizione della camera 101 - scomoda dovendo uscire dal plesso anche per un bicchiere d’acqua con il freddo svedese ed avendo una bambina. Una nota che vorrei portare alla vostra attenzione è la poca empatia di una receptionist in particolare, che con fare algido a tratti scortese ti saluta. Lati positivi: l’ottima colazione, la pulizia della camera, il personale tutto tranne la persona sopra menzionata. Date più attenzione alla manutenzione ordinaria dell’albergo. Nel complesso buono ma ci sono ampi spazi di miglioramento.

Ottimo albergo, vicino alla metro e fermata autobus, come anche per lo shuttle per aeroporto. Pulizia, ampia scelta per la colazione. Camera silenziosa e spaziosa. Bevande calde disponibili ad ogni ora del giorno e gratuite. Personale gentile.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo: ottima posizione, ben servito da mezzi pubblici di ogni genere, ristoranti, supermercati, personale gentilissimo... L'unica pecca è stata che quella settimana ha fatto molto caldo e l'assenza di aria condizionata più l'impossibilità di aprire la finestra della stanza ci è pesata un po'.
