1.飯店經營有段時間入住大部分有說中文及韓文的人,在check in入住事宜說明因該需要提供這兩個語文不再侷限英文,櫃台人員親切度有待加強。 2.入住多天清潔程度有待提升,掛上清潔卡,發現地毯未清潔&床單套上有毛髮,上床睡覺都覺得身上會癢癢的。 3.早餐品項有待加強。 4.睡覺時冷氣聲音過大。 5.洗髮精&沐浴乳使用不太容易清潔身體。

房間有點污糟，有上一手住戶留下的垃圾 問前台取鬍鬚刀….前台職員黑面…. 還以為欠佢什麼🙂‍↕️ 這次來日本是慶祝生日 想不到酒店體驗很差

地點在輕軌壺川站下樓走一分鐘就到了，非常近，且附近有便利商店，服務人員態度良好，面對客人會主動問候需求，再訪沖繩，美居一定會再是我的首選～

地點方便 離單軌站只要1分鐘 且附近就有全家跟唐吉軻德 早餐每天會稍微變化菜色 飯店員工禮貌又親切
