位置不错,早餐一般

房间过于狭小,带着孩子还给安排了一个拐角房间,有小面积更小,酒店服务在日本算很差的,有客人到连帮着运行李的都没有,客人需要自己推行李车装卸行李,酒店餐食也很一般。

You felt the roome size was too small for family, we might have suggested another bigger size type room to you. And we are sorry for that we have no porter service in our hotel, however please contact Front Desk, we are trying to assist the guests who need to bring the baggage to the room as much as we can. 订的是房间比较大类型,虽然住三成人,也不局促。非常干净,对不含早餐的客人,提供免费的小点心与饮料,很贴心。

强烈推荐冲绳那霸美居,白金订了乞丐房,出发前发了邮件希望升级到带沙发的双床。机场出来小火车坐4站下来就是。到大巴集合点,公交车站都很方便。到酒店一看,就是我要的房型,还给了最高层,虽然没啥风景,但只要睡的舒服我就满意,这下老婆孩子都睡的安稳。酒店现在会员每天可以免费在前台领咖啡。早餐也是日式,萝卜炖肉甜滋滋,各种小菜,粥,面包,牛奶。我觉得比后面住的ANA洲际吃的要舒心,另外7岁以下孩子都免费早餐。

第一晚11點才開冷氣有點驚訝,但早餐很豐富好吃也就釋懷了。

酒店干净整洁、出行方便,不是很满意的地方是早餐一般、不丰盛,另外房间的窗户不能打开,日晒一天后,房间温度高,入住三天,妈妈感冒后爸爸也交叉感染了

Unfortunately for safety reasons they were built that way. However, you may know that a few rooms do come with a balcony, and depending on our room availability we may provide a room move, Do not hesitate to ask about our upgrade solutions next time you come to our hotel. Also,we apologize if the hotels' breakfast did not fully meet your expectations. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the aforementioned problems concerning the quality of food and beverages within our team and prevent future occurrence. We also regret that the temperature in your room was not consistent and due to that your mother caught a cold. 各方面都不错,但相关设施仍显欠缺,例如缺钱自助洗衣设备,没有便于客人使用的微波炉等等,希望能加以完善。

However, we regret also that you would have wished a washing machine service at our hotel, and we deeply apologize for that. Nevertheless, you may know that there is a coin laundry just 1 minute walking distance from our hotel. Please come to the front desk to know more about it next time you stay at our hotel. Also, while we cannot put microwaves in every guest rooms for safety reasons, we are thinking of puting one at the front desk to accommodate our guests. Our main goal is to do our utmosts efforts to keep our service standards high. We sincerely hope you will consider us again the next time you are visiting Okinawa. 服务非常满意,地理条件,交通也十分方便。需要改进的硬件,如床的尺寸还是有些过小,而且整体的支撑欠佳,没能达到一个好床垫的标准。另外靠马路一侧,窗户的隔音有待加强。夜里的轨道车,还有公路上的摩托车噪音还是有点偏大。

Check in的时候,确认单上明明写明2个人,入住时候只有一套牙具、拖鞋等备品。日本酒店按照人头收费,等于说收两人钱给一份备品。
