Overall this is five stars and lovely. Certainly it’s spacious (per too spacious if there is such a comment). We stayed in a modern exec club room and used the exec club both nights of our stay. Firstly the club floor room. Comfy bed and spacious. Feels luxurious. But a few quirks as well. The air con is a bit violent. Even the lowest fan speed is a little noisy. We slept both nights with AC off which was OK but a little stuffy as no airflow. The room is also a little cavernous . The club lounge is comfy and spacious with a reasonable offering of snacks and drinks. It’s not an amazing club lounge but it does the job. Private, quiet, comfy. The location is handy especially for furniture shopping. Direct connection to the Louvre mall and five minute walk the left to Sunlink Furniture Citu and ten minute walk to the right to Lecong Furniture city.

Checked in 31 December 2024 for one night staycation. As Accor Diamond member, I redeem suite voucher for this stay. Overall experience was very good. Modern and contemporary room where the size of the suite being decent not extravagant. Tried the Executive Lounge during “Happy Hour” between 5:30 to 7:30 PM and enjoyed spread of hot & cold food plus selection of alcohol. What surprises me was the lounge also offered each guest a meal to select from menu. I tried curry chicken (said to be made by chef from New Delhi) whilst my partner tried pork BBQ. Both I found of good standard. I had tried their sparking wine, white and red. The Cabernet Sauvignon was from Chile and tastes sweet. Breakfast on the 58/F has got a wide spread of food. The restaurant has a segregated area for ACCOR members. Service was good as they clear plates in good time. Eggs was done perfectly, noodles was good but the rice roll not to expectation. Amongst the food, I found a display card showing “BIRCHER MUESLI “ which are in black. Being curious, I took a bowl to taste and can conclude it to be cold black sesame “soup” not anything close to muesli or cereal. Upon asking the supervisor who asked the kitchen, 3 chef came and claimed it to be their “invented” Bircher Muesli. I wouldn’t agree with them and told them this is not correct. Picture show what being displayed and another the usual muesli that I had at Hilton Futian 2 days ago. The hotel is located in the heart of furniture mall. You can see all major home furniture shops all under one roof. Parking is convenient and within the same building there is a famous Chinese (Shunde) restaurant 猪肉婆 Zhuropou.on 7/F. Generally, we found no fault in hardware and service. Yes! We should be coming back to this Sofitel on next visit to Foshan.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed on a business trip recently and it was such an amazing hotel. We were upgraded by Accor to an executive suite and it was one of the most stunning rooms I have been in. Impeccable service as well We will stay again.

Convinent location to Lourve furniture mall. Had a good encounter and service experience by Harley on level 32 clubmiles. She recommended us a few places for dinning and we love it. Would definitely recommend to stay in Sofitel hotel for those who come to foshan.
