Family holiday from UK to Goa and opted to stay in Calangute, after looking at various options and considering location/budget opted to book Ibis Styles. Absolutely amazing experience and happy with the decision. We were a family of 4 which included 2 children aged 16 & 13 stayed in rooms 103 & 104. The children had mixed feelings however both agreed that they had a wonderful stay, only suggestion from 16yr old was foosball and/or pool table to be added in games room. Staff - all members of staff were professional and went over and beyond to help especially Dinki who is currently undergoing her internship with Ibis. Breakfast was buffet and contained a good spread as well as ample always very tasty. Lunch/Dinner whilst you have option to purchase buffet service for the times we are at the hotel we always just ordered from the menu as prices were reasonable and to be honest the food tasted much better than some of the restaurants located around the hotel. Location - not too far from the main Calangute Beach, perhaps a 15min walk via the main roads. The beach near the hotel is around 7mins and one can also stroll up to Calangute Beach from there, don’t save much time but a more scenic route. There are plenty of shops within a 5min walk from the hotel ranging from small general stores to beauty salons. Housekeeping always done daily Rooms - all rooms face the pool & as most have said rooms were small but they were more than adequate for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Had no issues with air con or anything else for that matter. Gym - my son often visited and said that this was good, if anything could do with increased weights. Games room - again children visited often and they suggested if the hotel had included Foosball and/or Pool Table this would have enhanced their experience (perhaps something management could consider) Swimming Pools - there were 3 pools (one kids pool) we had no issues with sun beds, whilst they have 2 pools that can be used by adults neither are deep around 4.5ft max. Whilst we were there never had any issues with over crowding etc and found the the staff by pool will request all guests adhere to policies (great to see them enforcing this) As we went during monsoon season and around a time when there were 2 national holidays we found most of the other guests were from around India, with very few from abroad. This never bothered us as those that we encountered were lovely people, some even included my son whilst playing table tennis. Overall enjoyed our stay and should we visit Goa again would have no hesitations staying at Ibis Styles, thank you all at Ibis for making our stay wonderful.

The staff of this hotel is really caring and helpful.the facilities provided by hotel are really appreciable.cleanliness is really excellent. GRA Alisha is really cooperative and caring in nature.She was timely asking all the guest about how they felt in this hotel premises and asking about any problems she could resolve.Chef Mathews is marvelous cook and maintains good relationship with customers.Harsh is excellent gentleman, siftspoken and understands requirements of customers.overall nice experience to stay. My son really enjoyed and always want to stay in IBIS goa.

The stay was very good and people at front desk is helpful and courteous. The food and room were nice. Pool is awesome, the property had two nice maintained pool. If anyone visiting Goa should stay at ibis Styles Goa Calangute. It was a great experience.
