酒店恢宏气派，性价比非常高，几百元就可以住5星级酒店。有些房间较陈旧，但已经开始陆续翻新，新房间比较好，卫生间问题得到改善。 酒店服务很好，特别是罗经理特别尊重雅高会员，介绍附近游玩地点。 不满意的地方在于，雅高会员的欢迎饮品只让喝雪碧可乐，不能喝任何当地特色饮品，这是我在欧洲雅高酒店从未有过的。但是经罗经理协调，品尝了当地特色啤酒卡瓦斯。希望酒店把自己真正当成是雅高集团酒店，按集团的标准要求自己，在欢迎饮品上作出改进，相差几块钱成本的事情扣扣搜搜的，哪像是美爵？请其他经理向罗经理学习。 Very good hotel after renovation. Manager LUO is very good and repsectes All merbers. Meanwhile, this 5 stars hôtel only offers sprite and coca cola to All gold and silver members as welcome drinks. It is not allowed to drink local beers. It nerver happened in european All group hôtels. Manager LUO negociated and given us local beer finally. Bon hôtel après rénovation. Manager LUO est gentil et dynamique. Mais cet hôtel ne donne que Sprite et Coca cola à ses membres d'or et de silver. On ne peut pas déguster la bière locale. Je ne peux pas du tout comprendre comme c'est un hôtel de 5 étoile. Finalement, Manager LUO a négocié avec son patron de nous donner deux boîtes de bière locale. Si ce n'est pas pour manager LUO, je donne 1 étoile seulement à cet hôtel.

Don't be fooled by the grand entrance. The rooms are old and dated. I stayed on the 8th floor with my tour group. The shower tub does not drain well and floods. Many of my friends also experienced the same problem. I made sure to turn off shower when lathering soap and shampoo and turning it back on to rinse off. The tub still floods and the water drains very slowly. It doesn't drain very well. And it also leaks out onto the floor from a corner of the tub. The sink does not drain water very well too. Other than that, it is an ok room.

No window/ stinky bathroom/ disgusting

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Accor brand. The window in the room is boarded up. How can a room in a five star hotel not even have a window? I called to complain and they said many rooms were like this. And the smell in the room. The bathroom absolutely stinks and emanates throughout the whole room. Hard to sleep it was so disgusting. I'm only here one night so didn't ask to switch rooms. Stay away from this hotel. I can't believe how bad it was

I stayed two separate nights within a week. Upon entry, the hotel looks very beautiful and has a 5 star decoration above the lobby. However, it's a rather inconvenience hotel for families: - only one person spoke English, so it was difficult to communicate - the hotel restaurant only has Chinese menus with no pictures and the staff had difficulties understanding my mim'ed broken Chinese - room service only starts at 11 p.m.... so how can you feed your children and put them to bed at 8:00 p.m.? - the room service menu is limited, anyhow - the shower has no holder for the shower head, so you have to hold the water and lather - there was construction happening in the room below mine, so I was hearing hammering throughout the night - we had to get a NAT test every single time we entered the hotel. resulting in us getting two NAT tests in one day. (LOL)
