It was really a nice stay in the hotel. The girl who was working at night ( I forgot her name may be tayler) she was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy from inside and outside. Ev charger is available in the parking which is great. Big parking area.

Totally unprepared for how wonderful this place is- don’t be deceived by the outside appearance. The Mantra at Gladstone is high class, well set out and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was stylish, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room rate was affordable and was great value for money . The cafe (Shingle Inn) makes great coffee . The location is convenient and parking is easy. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend. Thank you 🙏

The team are proud of working here and certainly shows when they gain comments of how welcoming and friendly they are to guests. Great room, but the restaurant offering was very poor. Previously, you offered a table service restaurant with great food. Now, you have a buffet with cold and tasteless offerings, you have to go to the bar yourself to order drinks. The only bonus dinner was being able to pay extra to self cook a very tasty steak. Breakfast was equally bad. Standards have reduced significantly since previous visits

Nice and clean motel with all the amenities required located on site. A number of changes occurring for the better with new cafes and restaurants opening. Staff are exceptional, greet you with a smile and always willing to assist. Highly recommend and have stayed their probably 9 times in 10 years. It is not located in the CBD and is a bit out of the way but not an issue if you have a car.

Thanks rayb666 for your continued support of the property We are always looking to provide the best in product and service, which you would have seen from the early days where we were branded as a Mercure hotel, before refurbishing half o the rooms to be self contained rooms and change brands to Mantra. The latest refurbishment works will see an additional 32 rooms open up next week, creating a dual branded property. The Peppers and Mantra Gladstone. I was greated by very friendly and welcoming staff which is exactly what the room and my entire stay was...friendly and welcoming. The room is very well appointed and very clean with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again when back in the area.
