Apparently it’s the highest building in the city, and view is great. Location is great, steps away from the metro station.

The brand is right, the hotel a little less so. It used to be a "luxury hotel" (for its time), but now it's an "old lady" that deserves a renovation. The so-called "club floor suites" are small, uncomfortable, and with outdated furnishings: only a junior suites. No more. On the "non-club" floors, the suites are renovated, spacious, and refurbished. The Club Millesime is spacious and has a splendid view of the lake. The food is quite good but in limited quantities (not replenished). The wines are Chinese, and the cocktails are watered down by too much ice (even when the ice should be limited: e.g., dry Martinis).

Dear Vin, thank you for your review following your recent stay with us. I appreciate your feedback on the room facilities and the Club Millesime offerings. The Junior Suites are indeed smaller than the Prestige Suites; our second suite category. I have emphasized to the team to replenish the food in the Lounge more quickly. I apologize that this has negatively affected your experience. Our housewine is indeed a Chinese label from a producer in Ningxia, called Fei Tswei. Both the white and the red receive regular praise from guests. Ningxia produces wines that are on par with those from better-known wine regions, and we are proud to offer them in our Club Lounge as well as our restaurants. Great 5 stars hotel. Very stylish and great views. We have access to the executive Lounge and we want to specially thank Joyce Wen and her team. They are helping us to feel like at home with our little needs. Excellent work and Support by Mrs Joyce.

We checked in Hotel with an infant. our family enjoyed our stay very much. not because the Hotel is new. is because the service is top.. Reception Ms Suri Su has been excellent. She was very calm despite busy. made efforts to fulfil our needs. she remembered our needs after our return from Dali. fantastic! Club lounge Manager Ms Joyce was amazing. we require our infant breast milk to be frozen, she went all out to help us find a freeze in the Hotel to be properly stored. Thank you ladies.♡
