Private pool and jacuzzi

We booked for only 1 night in the private pool villa and ended up staying for 4 nights. Our villa was meticulously clean and so were the private pool and jacuzzi. We love our stay. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs. The location is on the beach. I recommend for anyone to stay here

Amazing place at Koh Chang

Koh Chang in the rainy season, lie down and watch the rain on Buddhist Lent Day. Accor Plus member can apply benefit, you have to think of Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway. Book a Deluxe Seaview room but get an upgrade to a teenage POOL VILLA and get a complete Platinum Benefit. The room is was OK. I paid only 15xx baht per night. The rooms were all full due to a long weekend. I very happy to get an upgrade. I reserved 3 rooms and received welcome drinks in all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their meals at the buffet hotel due to the Buddhist Lent. Accor Plus cannot use discount rights at all. The price is not too expensive, only 530 baht per person, but... Oh my god, the Thai food is very delicious. Anyone who stays here is recommended to try Thai food. As for Happy Hour here, it's very long, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For those who eat buffet, buy an early bird voucher at the reception and you'll get free drinks—quite a good deal. The highlight here is lots of photo corners. Take beautiful photos, but the beach isn't OK, which is a weak point. You can hardly swim in the sea because there are a lot of rocks. So I stayed at the pool most of the time. 100% recommend if anyone is sleeping here; just come relax and then go snorkeling. At the end of the day, come back to play in the pool in the evening, take chic photos, and eat the buffet. During the day, you can go for a walk and sit in a beautiful cafe at Bang Bao Village. In the evening, if you don't eat at the hotel I recommend coming Mam Seafood. The items are very cheap. Breakfast is quite pleasing to Thai people, focusing on Thai food with strong flavors. Pizza is included. I like it the most. There is a Starbucks on the beach at the hotel. If you book directly with the hotel, there will be a free voucher provided, but don't join the star or member program. For us, Buddhist Lent is really about relaxing, lying down and watching the rain. Personally, I'm quite HAPPY here. Let's say it's for ACCOR members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, we recommend coming here to collect nights and points and get full benefits if there are any problems. During your stay, recommend, don't hesitate. Hurry and share it with him. He was aware of the problem and was ready to take care of it immediately. Next time we come to Koh Chang, Mercure is still our choice.

I was very lucky to encounter such accommodating staff during my booking process. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to personal circumstances and the staff were very communicative and accommodating even at the last minute. I would definitely recommend.

Many thanks to Varatha Sikora for perfect booking organisation and Platinum upgrade to Deluxe Ocean View. We stayed here for 13 days and were wondering about some other (bad) reviews; because the hotel was in very good condition and everything worked really very well; especially the breakfast was tasty, the team was always very quick and perfect organized and the beach bar was very friendly, too. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime! Stephan & Sophia
