在办理入住时，部分员工涉嫌种族歧视，对于中国人非常不欢迎。态度比较恶劣，并且编织谎言欺骗客户！作为雅高白金会员，定了基础房仍然需要补差额才能升级海景房。海景房不是24小时供应热水，反馈了没有热水的问题，最后一天晚上仍然出现无热水的情况。
