One of the worst front desk staff specially men’s . As you don’t book directly with them they treat you badly which I noticed during check in . I travel all over Argentina and this is the worst customer service I have received. It spoiled my stay in Puerto Iguazu . Stay away from this Hotel. I even not give one ⭐️

This would have been a five star review, were it not for the food. The hotel itself is lovely - surrounded by jungle, modern and spacious rooms, a great pool area. It's located slightly outside Puerto Iguazo, along a road with quite a few other hotels, and is a good spot for visiting the falls. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and were treated really well during our stay. Unfortunately the food massively let the hotel down. Normally I rank hotel food as a less important factor, given you can go elsewhere for dinner, but the location of the hotel makes it more likely you'd dine in. We had breakfast one morning, dinner in the restaurant one night, and room service another night. The breakfast itself was not bad - however it simply wasn't replenished enough such that we hardly got any fruit etc. Our dinner in the restaurant was average, primarily let down by soggy undercooked chips. Our room service meal (pizza and desserts) was really quite poor: the pizzas were very undercooked and the desserts simply were of poor quality.

This was our second time at this property. We were equally impressed with the service and the “jungle” feel. This time it was warm enough to use the pool and Jacuzzi and the kids had a fabulous time. The restaurant is very good and the bar mixed up great drinks. The employees are very friendly and always willing to help. The kids lost their Crocs several times during the trip and the hotel staff always assisted. Will definitely be back in the near future.

The room and the rain shower were great. The service considerably worse than on the Brazilian side (I don't think they ever smiled). The breakfast very poor. Mosquitos and smell of burning wood in the air, so it was hard to enjoy the pool area. There are no hotel grounds to speak of. The restaurant at the hotel next door was much better.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. From the minute you drive down the road to the Mercure, you can see that this is a really luxurious and special destination. There is a proper jungle feel and a sense of calm tranquility. The room was excellent - modern, spacious and very clean. Great balcony to sit and stare into the jungle too. The pool and hot tub are amazing. It was so nice to sit in the dark, peaceful jungle after a long day of exploring. Simply stunning! The restaurant is convenient and well priced. The food was excellent though the service was very much on the slow side. It’s set in a conference room which has been turned into a restaurant which creates a bit of a weird vibe. Still, worth the visit for the food. All in all, a perfect option in an amazing part of the world.
