Nice hotel in the forest

The hotel is beautifully located in the forest, providing a tranquil ambiance. It is beautiful inside out, with stylish architectural elements and beautiful decor. Our room is nice and clean with a nice sized bathroom and beautiful balcony. It was so relaxing watching and listening to rainfall from the hotel. Being said, it is not in walking distance to anything, and with only one restaurant in the hotel, it does feel captive. The restaurant was decent but not outstanding. The steaks we had were indeed excellent. After all, this is Argentina, so steak must be good. The complimentary wine tasting even between 6:30pm to 7:00pm did create a good mingling time. Our room, though nice and sparkling clean, lacked basic amenities I am used to at a 5-star hotel. There was no slippers, no bottled water, no iron and iron board. International electrical sockets, though exist, are limited in the room. Also, not all adapters are compatible to the unique local socket. Staff were nice and helpful. Transportation options were offered at very reasonable prices, and availability was good.

A two night stay here to allow our visit to Iguazú (Iguaçu) falls. A lovely looking hotel, good sized room and comfortable bed, with a very reasonable breakfast in the morning. Nice shower space but otherwise the bathroom was a bit dated - the taps especially. Also, whilst good to have air conditioning available, it was extremely noisy. In summary, could do better, but quite possibly a strong candidate for a hotel within easy reach of a major tourist attraction.

Absolutely stunning hotel with matching pool. Rooms very spacious and staff very helpful. As a bonus you also get free Netflix in your room . Quality of food is impressive even room service was very good , we ordered the burger and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, although at the restaurant we found service to be very slow . Breakfast is very good and you can ask for omelette if you want and they are huge . Loved our stay here , definitely would recommend it

I liked this hotel and its location in the rainforest. Lots of birds to be seen and heard. Foyer was a little impersonal and didn’t reflect the location. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a little balcony. We ate in the restaurant one night and had a mediocre meal. We got a taxi into the town the next night where there is a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good The spa was really good and reasonably priced, definitely recommend.

The hotel embraces the rainforest although it lies just outside the park. Rooms are large and clean as are the bathrooms. Food is excellent but the service lets the bar and restaurant down, despite being overstaffed. Five staff members stood around with hands in their pockets or arms folded in the bar area. After waiting for 15 minutes (the bar was virtually empty), we approached a reluctant stall member for service. We also waited over an hour for food in the restaurant, two nights running, and had to chase the food up. Despite this, it was a beautiful hotel and an enjoyable stay.
