Well situated for the falls with all the amenities you’d expect of an hotel of this size. Staff were friendly and informed, room was comfortable and food good without being exceptional. As you’re in the middle of the jungle you almost have to eat here which may not have been our preference for three nights.

The hotel is well located for trips to the nearby falls - about 20 minutes from the Argentinian parkland, and a 10 min taxi or uber ride in Puerto Iguazú. Friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant/ bar area. The food quality was very good in the restaurant and the portions were generous (we had two very nice lunches there). The room was lovely- clean, comfortable, very good shower and nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself was very pleasant to sit around and enjoy a swim in. Our one small observation was that the pool bar service was a bit unorganised / very slow at times - there were a few occasions my husband was convinced that our drinks order had been forgotten, and ended up chasing them up. Also it would have been nice if the pool bar opened a bit earlier for soft drinks and coffees etc as there were plenty of people enjoying the pool after breakfast and before check out.

Quiet, comfortable well serviced rooms and very helpful staff. Water provided free of charge in the rooms. Good knowledge of the English language. Good cheap taxis to the town who take payment by card or cash. Rooms well equipped and very quiet

The location within the "forest" gave a feeling of really being away and we saw a toucan in the trees. The size of the property was easy to manage and going to pool, spa, restaurant was easy and not confusing. The front desk and bar staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the resto twice, and we appreciated the vegetarian menu. The only issue was that both nights the food took very long to arrive at the table, and the waitress forgot to put in several items from our order. Also, the bar could use some upgraded spirits, the selection was very basic and limited.

This hotel is situated in the forest, so it's quite remote. You will not be able to walk out to anywhere as it's too far to town, and the road has no pavement so a little unsafe. having said that, we found the hotel was excellent, with a restaurant for a la carte dining, or you can sit in the bar and order bar food. We tried both and were disappointed with the restaurant dinner. The portions were small, the chef's selection fish was overcooked with over cooked mushy accompanying vegetables. My wife's beef was undercooked - 'rare' when ordered 'medium'. The restaurant is not recommended for dinner - take a taxi to town and have a much better experience. However, to be balanced, the bar food was excellent and breakfast very good with plenty of choice buffet style. The every staff member we encountered at reception, the bar and the restaurant were friendly, polite and professional, speaking very good English. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. We had a Superior room which had 3 single beds. The beds were very comfirtable, with absolutely zero noise from outside to disturb sleep. Recommended, although I would take a taxi to town for for dinner.
