Ben posizionato ma sporco. In camera ho trovato una bottiglia aperta di succo di frutta, alcune confezioni di noodles e nel cassetto della scrivania delle vecchie maglie. Personale della colazione scortese, ho chiesto dove fosse lo yogurt ma mi è stato risposto "non lo so". Trovato poi da solo.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. I am very surprised however that you found our breakfast staff to be rude. All our restaurant staff are long serving and well experianced. I have passed your comments regarding the room back to the Housekeeping Manager to investigate and to take the appropriate action.
