Mi hanno dato una bella camera, ma con tanto difetti. Aria condizionata praticamente inutile, fortuna che non era caldo fuori. Mille attrezzi (phon, ventilatori, bollitore, macchina caffè, ferro da stiro, frigo, stufetta) ma zero prese. Le uniche, dietro ad un enorme televisore che va un po' spostato, quanto meno per caricare i telefoni

Posizione centralissima con affaccio su Piccadilly Gardens, con collegamenti per tutta la città e l'aeroporto. Struttura datata ma in fase di ammodernamento, sebbene i lavori non disturbino in alcun modo. Sala della colazione con vista superba sulla piazza. Camera completa di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Colazione abbondante, varia e di qualità, sia dolce che salata. Ottima. Staff incredibile per disponibilità e gentilezza. Un plauso particolare alla receptionist che ci ha accolto al check in e al barista con i capelli rossi. Grazie

Mi hanno dato una stanza fatiscente e fredda. Ho dovuto accendere una stufa per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Di sicuro il peggiore degli hotel Mercure in cui ho soggiornato.
