A excellent work stay again at the Mercure Norwich. The reception staff, Cat, Abs and Georgie are excellent and very helpful, Bar staff are friendly and quick, rooms are cleaned to a high standard

They went above and beyond to accommodate everyone, including organising essential overnight kits at very short notice.
