I stayed at mercure for business trip. Comfortable rooms and a good size. The receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable about Norwich and where to go and eat. They do have a restaurant which I will try next time. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s buffet style, but the food was fresh which is nice as I didn’t go down till 0830. I ordered poached eggs and the staff got them out to me within minutes. Bar area was very cosy and relaxed. Every staff member I saw was happy and professional. I will be staying at the mercure every time I go to Norwich.

Attend a mental health conference. I must say Emma went above and beyond to look after my needs. I have dietary requirements and Emma took care of all my food that day she is an absolute super star a credit to any employer. The room was spacious and the coffee was just what I needed. I would definitely return.

The Mercure Norwich is on the edge of a soulless industrial estate. It appears a little tired - but no one seems to have told the staff, they run the place with heart and professionalism. Every person we encountered went above and beyond from the cleaners who make the place spotless, to the breakfast team who are very attentive, to the reception team who welcome you with professionalism and kindness. They made what should have been forgettable into a memorable stay.

Thank you so much for a lovely review, I am so pleased you recognized the amazing effort my team out into making our customers feel welcome at Mercure Norwich. It is true that we have not been blessed with natural beauty or kerb appeal but we do try harder because of that. Your review made me smile with pride and I thank you for that.

Celebration in City Suite 24th March 2024

We had our Iranian New Year celebration party on 24 March in the City Suite, 230 guests. Everything was excellent, food and service was high quality, very kind and caring staff. Special thank you to Gill for being so kind and accommodating and always being there for us and of course agreeing a fantastic price. Also big thank you to Angie for being so kind and providing fantastic and very delicious food. Thank you to Debbie, event organiser and all staff who worked hard during the celebration. They all made our night special. Venue was beautiful, lots of parking areas and excellent location in Norwich. Have already booked the venue for next year celebration as well.
