Very nice Ibis Budget to go to Eurodisney

The rate quality/price is very good. The breakfast is a little buffet very good and it is cheap (7,5€/person). The room has all you need and the bathroom is very comfortable. It has some games in the shared facilities (a tabletop football, paint room, darts), very good for children. A very good option to go to Eurodisney. On the other hand, it is located far from the main town (Torcy), on road. From 22h there are no buses to arrive to the hotel.

This is a budget hotel, so I expected basics bedding, basic amenities and a basic level of cleanliness. Once I seen it wasn’t clean any form of comfort went out the window. I’ve stayed in plenty of budget hotels and plenty of hostels. This one has been the worst I’ve stayed in. We stayed in a four person bedroom. You walk into one room with a single bed then a further room takes you to the double bed with the single up top. Single bed for child up top was not made up. Bathroom cleanliness wasn’t the best. The major issue was the smell of damp and the mould covering the walls. When it’s visible you’d have thought house keeping would have mad an attempt to clean it. We asked for additional pillows as four of use sleeping - one pillow each!! And when said pillow isn’t best quality any normal person would need at least two. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a base at Disney. We have used the other ibis budget at Marne-la-Vallee at Val d’Europe which is 100 times better!

Spent 3 hours with a 6 year old searching for this hotel, called them 3 times no answer and stranded, locals had no idea where it was, bus driver or even taxi… charged twice and didn’t even stay I am fuming and no one responding to my emails! I slept on train station floor and can’t afford food this month due to being charged £63 then 3 days later taking another £76 off my debit card!!! I have never felt so let down by a company avoid avoid avoid. Worst of all I am a vulnerable adult with a disability which makes me feel more sad this could happen on such a amazing holiday.

We stayed for one night in a family room. First of all the staff are really nice, friendly and welcoming and the included breakfast is good. We didn't expect that much of a choice actually. The room we had was quiet and rather big, actually it was like two rooms. The only part we noticed that wasn't so nice, was a moldy smell in our room. It was good for one night, if we would have stayed longer I would have asked for a change of room due to the smell.

We have used this budget hotel multiple times after our stay in Disneyland Paris. Rooms are small but comfortable, but not very clean. Mold in the window sills and bathrooms that have not been properly cleaned. Cleaning service enters the room without knocking. When sleeping in the 3 person bedroom the third bed is not made. So near midnight I was sitting on the bunkbed trying to make the bed whilst already very tired. This shouldn't be necessary as they know how many people will be utilizing the room in advance. Breakfast is very good with enough options to choose from. Cheese, yoghurt, nutella, marmelade, etc. Staff at desk didn't speak English, only French. Use this budget hotel when you want a cheap way to spend the night close to Disneyland Paris.
