The breakfast is the same everyday. Literally the same. The chef seems not to think nor get bored with the same menu? I stayed for 6 weeks. I skipped breakfast most of the time coz its not worth it. The rooms are okay nice location. Staff and service are okay

I got a super good deal at Ctrip at CNY699 for the family Suite included 2 breakfast, place is new, clean, service is good. location is great, close to shops, malls. buffet breakfast is good, lots of selection. they do not have lunch buffet. Dinner buffet was soso, but cant complain much.

Some guests were allowed to have their breakfast in their pyjamas and bathrobes. This is unacceptable. Novotel group must look into this matter. Check in was slow because only one (a male) was able to speak English. Bedsheets and pillow cases were not change during my 5 nights stay. Housekeeping only changed bath towels and floor mat.

Not only did my room not have the toiletries (conditioner, shower cap, hand soap, moisturiser) but the pillows are so uncomfortable. Usually, there is a spare pillow in the cupboard, but not in my room. housekeeping is useless - it took 3 attempts to bring the correct toiletries! Furthermore, there are stains on the carpet (see pictures below). I had dinner in the empty hotel restaurant and although the food was tasty, the grilled salmon I ordered took over an hour to come out of the kitchen. The waiting staff were equally as useless as the housekeeping. Seriously, do not stay here.

According to the regulations of the competent authority, from October 1, 2019,Ningbo will comprehensively restrict disposable consumer goods in hotels. The nightstand of the hotel will have a pillow selection menu, and the hotel can provide 4 different kinds of pillows for guests to choose. We will try our best to ensure the quality of our product and service. Thank you for your comments and support. We sincerely look forward to your visit again!
