Nice hotel. Friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the service provided excellent breakfast buffet by Ireka . She was friendly and polite and provided excellent service. Rooms were clean and well serviced and price very reasonable. Hotel has good safety features with their elevators.

Stayed here for a couple days, the hotel is quite modern, in a lovely part of Paris. The reception staff are friendly and explained the hotel well. The room was not huge but large enough. Nice shower, comfortable bed. Partial view from room across Paris. The USB ports unfortunately don’t work near the bed. The toiletries are in large bottles attached to the wall. Nice enough, though two of the bottles dispensers didn’t work. Had to dismantle the dispenser to get any shower gel! You do get Nespresso coffee, and gowns etc. The breakfast is quite a free for all given the large number of guests, but the selection of food is excellent. Need more chefs on the eggs though as the queue was huge. Since nice bars and bistro’s nearby.

We did a pre and post cruise stay at this hotel. They spelled our last name wrong so there was confusion while checking in and we were unable to use the app during our stay. The rooms are smaller than the hotels we usually book during our travels in Europe. The shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the walls in the shower were empty both times we stayed here. The toilet is was very hard to flush, and the amenities are bare. We bought a bottle of wine but there were no wine glasses or a wine opener provided in the room. They only provide you with 2 coffee pods, and no creamer. The hotel was at maximum occupancy so we were unable to go to the sky bar for drinks. I do not recommend this hotel as a tourist because you need to Uber to all the main attractions in the area.

Pullman's location is a plus. Near restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, train station and taxi's right outside the main entrance. Short drive to to the city center tourist attractions . Post office near by and a long term luggage storage area for a fee across the street. Check in area is always busy. I had a couple of issues with the room not getting cleaned. We were gone all day, came back at night and the room had not been cleaned. They apologized and stated they were short staffed. No phone in room to call the front desk, you have to use an iPad and half the time they don't answer. I called for extra towels and they never came. The room is spacious, complimentary water provided, having a fridge is a plus. I like that that the toilet & shower are separate. Nice view of the city from the room . Sky bar requires a reservation and 50 euro min spend per person. Did not experience as they were full to capacity on the day we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet is good, lots of choices . Would I stay here again? Yes.

Not worth the money. Big and impersonal.

Big. Impersonal. Can’t honor little requests like providing an extra pillow or towel. Lots of staff milling about but can’t get help. Phone down to front desk and you’ll get hold music or a message to call back later. No storage space in room. Plan on living out of your suitcase. Air/fan cuts off after 30 minutes or so. You have to keep turning it on. We had a deluxe premium room. Not worth the money.
