Disappointed by Service Despite Platinum Status

The hotel’s facilities and location are great — directly connected to a shopping mall, very convenient. But the service was disappointing. As a Platinum member, I was told the Executive Lounge was closed and offered buffet dinner instead. When I requested a window seat, I was told it was “reserved,” though several window tables stayed empty during my meal. (See Attached Photos) The staff later said it was for 8 p.m. guests, which made little sense. Good hardware, poor service attitude. I hope management improves communication and respect for loyal members.

I have a wonderful stayed at Huizhou Pullman for 2 months, The room was clean and comfort, nice view. which is amazing. Im sincerely impressed by the attentive, helpful staff. This is a great hotel and excellent service from all the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at Huizhou. Specially thanks to all the staff at Front Desk: Jimmy, Ada, Becky, Benjamin, Rory. From concierge: Rory……. Daby, and 張梓銘. From restaurant : Daniel, Bill, Jenny, Lucy, Summer, Aiden, 芊芊，蓮姐. From housekeeping: 朱恵萍，曾小梅，黃美珍 Thanks for all of your professional service and make our stay so memorable.

Comfortable and specious room with a nice view. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival and continued that service throughout my stay.

偕老带幼一起到惠州过个周末，酒店位置非常好，位于市中心，出游、吃饭都非常方便。酒店设施非常优秀，房间很大，视野很好。感谢宾客服务中心emily chen经理，非常的热情和专业。
