Dear guest, we are very delighted to hear your nice comments!Since the opening , under the leadership of Accor hotels group, Hotel has been focusing on upgrading service delivery all the time, so that all hotel staff has been engaging to provide a home away from home service for every single guest in terms of the clean & comfortable room and various variety breakfast, etc., which are all praised by many travelers. Hotel is located at Western Business Center,equipped with convenient shopping mall and transportation that ensures your traveling & life in Jinan. Oasis Restaurant is crowd sometimes when only hotel is full of the company/ meeting/group guests. Thanks for your great understanding and feedback , looking forward to your next stay with us.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. The hotel has entered into a mature operation period, so there are some aging phenomena in the room facilities and equipment. Please rest assured, we are taking measures to improve it. We are strengthen the maintenance of guest room facilities and equipment in the daily work. For the private taxi problem, they are the registered special car driver on the taxi platform. We expressly states that they are not allowed to solicit business in hotel area. Thank you for telling about this problem, we will take actions to stop them in the future. At Grand Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services.I'm sorry that our staff did not offer you the welcome beverage coupon, we will well strengthen training for our employees, and let them very familiar with our member benefits. And for the room problems, we will also cooperate with ENG department to well maintenance of room facilities.It is also the priority job in the latest future. Also for all the restaruant suggestions your mentioned, I already passed to our F&B management team, to adjust the dishes according to guests' preference.
