Good service..... and safe stay only one request I want in 7th floors only in my next stay the food was tasty front desk person are very helpful in my stay especially pradesh and pavi.... ibis hotel and room was very nice and great value must in in spice it...restaurants.....thank you thank you

I recently stayed the hotel... It was a beautiful stay in ibis Coimbatore.. Food taste was good room and restroom are neat and clean front desk staff was very polite and helpful especially ms.pavithra.... She was very helpful in my stay she guided with tourism places and the taxi thank you so....

Had a good and comfortable stay at Ibis Coimbatore. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Pradesh Kumar. He was incredibly helpful throughout – assisted us with cab bookings and always had a friendly, professional attitude. Truly made our stay memorable. Will definitely be coming back, just for him!

Swanky hotel but room is small

The room provided was small. The reception is at first floor. Wrong direction written in ground floor instead it should have been written " Reception First floor". Wifi is active. Breakfast spread was good. It was crowded due to corporate booking.

Overall a pleasant stay at the centre of the city. The staff is courteous, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. I stayed for 3 nights. Only changes I would recommend are to improve their wifi (as it was patchy) and cleanliness needs improvement as there were stains and spots on the pillow covers and sheets - nothing major but still needs to be looked into.
